Indonesia is famous for its natural wealth, one of which is its natural marine wealth, there is a dilemma regarding the export of lobster seeds that will be reopened by the new minister. One day there were three young men who were talking about it.

A : What do you think about the export of lobster seeds that will be reopened by the marine minister Edhy Prabowo?

B : From my point of view,  that i am from the background of lobster cultivators, it will be very detrimental to me and other lobster cultivator themes,  if the lobster seeds export occurs will trigger an increase in lobster seed prices and it will be very burdensome for the exporters.

A : Hmmm..... I think so. 

A : What about you C ? What do you think about that?

C : In my opinion the prohibition of catching and exporting lobster seeds has an impact on the country's economy, because with this ban caused the rampant smuggling of lobster seeds, accounting for 1.2 billion rupiah, which was smuggled from the sale of lobster seeds. So, than of the money not going into the country, we better just enter it into our country by reopening the export of lobster seeds.

A : I see what you mean, but the excessive harvesting of lobster seeds will damage the lobster ecosystem itself and will cause extinction of this lobster species in Indonesia, if continuously taken, and again when viewed from the price is very far rapidly between the price of seeds with adult lobsters.

C : That's right, but this prohibition does not only affect the economic situation of the people and the state, but also affects the social sector as well, where according to the survey the prohibition causes unemployment to increase due to job losses as lobster seed catchers.

A : I see...

A : So, What do you think Indonesia should do in dealing with this problem?

B : I think it's okay to reopen the export of lobster seeds, but export and capture must be limited not to exceed quotas that can damage the sustainability of lobster species.

C : I agree with that.

A : That is great, in my opinion both sides have advantages and disadvantages of each in its implementation.

B : I agree, so let's look next, what this problem solution will be like.

Raden Mas Soewardi Soerjaningrat Every one will be ask, who is Raden Mas Soewardi Soerjaningrat, ya that name not famous as his new name. Raden Mas Soewardi Soerjaningrat, also known as  Ki Hajar Dewantara  from 1922, which is also written as  Ki Hajar Dewantoro  to reflect its javanese sounds. He was born on May 2nd, 1889, in Yogyakarta. His father was called Pangeran Soerjaningrat, from Pakualam Palace, Yogyakarta. He   was a leading Indonesian independence movement activist, writer, columnist, politician, and pioneer of education for native Indonesians in Dutch colonial times. He founded the Taman Siswa school, an institution that provided education for indigenous commoners, which otherwise was limited to the Javanese aristocracy and the Dutch colonials. Soewardi was born in the Javanese aristocracy, his family belonged to the royal house of Pakualaman. He was one of Prince Paku Alam III's grandsons through his father, GPH Soerjaningrat.
